Contact & Referrals
We are here to help. Whether you are reaching out for yourself, on behalf of someone else, or as a professional making a referral — please do get in touch.
Getting in touch
There is no wrong way to reach out. You do not need to have all the answers before you contact us — we are happy to have an informal conversation about whether our services might be right for you or the person you are supporting.
We work across South Wales and aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.
We welcome referrals from
We welcome referrals from professionals including social workers, probation officers, youth workers, school staff, GPs, and third-sector organisations
Self-referrals are also welcome — you do not need to go through a professional to access our services.
To make a referral, please get in touch by email or phone and we will guide you through the next steps. We prefer to have a conversation first to make sure we can offer the right support.
Where we work
We are based in Swansea and work across South Wales, including Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, and the surrounding areas.
Some of our services are delivered in person, and some are available remotely. Please get in touch to discuss what might work best for you.
