Our Services
Specialist, trauma-informed support for young people and communities across South Wales.
Compassionate support, grounded in evidence
Everything we offer is rooted in a trauma-informed approach — recognising that many of the challenges people face are a response to difficult experiences, not a reflection of who they are.
Our services are designed to meet people where they are, reduce risk, and build the skills and resilience needed to move forward.
One-to-one therapeutic support
Trauma Informed Counselling
One-to-one counselling to process current and historic trauma, in order to reduce the risk of criminal offending, addiction, self-harm, or suicide.
Our trauma-informed counselling provides a safe, confidential space for individuals to explore and process experiences that may be affecting their mental health, behaviour, and wellbeing.
Working with a trained counsellor, clients are supported at their own pace — with no judgement, no pressure, and a genuine commitment to their recovery and growth.
For 16–25 year olds
Psychoeducational Workshops
Workshops to deliver awareness of the impact of trauma on mental health.
Our psychoeducational workshops are designed specifically for young people aged 16–25, helping them understand how trauma affects the mind and body — and what they can do about it.
Delivered in a supportive group setting, these workshops build knowledge, reduce stigma, and equip young people with practical tools to manage their emotional wellbeing.
